Reel Image, Inc. provided equity funding to a Limited Liability Company (“LLC”) headed by Reuben Cannon, Michael Schultz and Brandon Schultz as pre-production funding for an animated feature film based upon the popular Blokhedz cartoon characters. Since making the investment, a decision has been made by the managing members of the LLC that due to current financial conditions in the film industry it is more economically feasible to pursue an episodic presentation of the content for television as opposed to an animated feature film at this time. It is anticipated that the development, production and broadcasting of the episodic content will lead to the development, production and distribution of an animated feature film in the future.
